1. Purpose and Relationship to Privacy
This Cookie Policy describes how DroneJob LLC ("DroneJob," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies.
It supplements the Privacy Policy at https://www.dronejob.ai/privacy. Privacy Policy Section 27 summarizes cookie, analytics and marketing-technology categories. This page is the detailed cookie document, including the technologies currently used.
Use of DroneJob remains subject to the Terms of Service. If this Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy conflict on cookies or similar technologies, this Cookie Policy controls that subject. The Privacy Policy continues to control personal information more generally.
2. Scope
This Cookie Policy applies to:
- public DroneJob websites, including www.dronejob.ai;
- public profile and marketing surfaces;
- authenticated DroneJob applications; and
- related web properties that DroneJob operates and that reference this policy.
Independently controlled third-party sites, payment pages, identity-provider login pages, maps, or embedded widgets may set their own cookies according to their own policies. DroneJob does not control those independently operated technologies merely because a User reaches them from DroneJob.
3. What These Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on a device when a website or application is used. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, session storage, software development kits and other identifiers that remember a browser, session or preference.
These technologies may be:
- first-party, set by a DroneJob domain; or
- third-party, set by an independently controlled provider that helps operate, secure, understand or support the Services.
They may last only for a browsing session or persist for a defined period.
4. Categories
DroneJob groups these technologies by purpose:
- strictly necessary;
- preference;
- analytics; and
- marketing and attribution.
A single provider may support more than one category depending on how it is configured. Section 9 describes what is currently used.
5. Strictly Necessary Technologies
These technologies are used to operate, secure and deliver the requested Service. They may support authentication, session management, security, load balancing, fraud prevention, bot protection, error diagnosis and preferences necessary to operate the Service.
Where applicable law permits, these technologies may operate without optional consent because they are necessary to provide the requested Service. Blocking them may prevent sign-in, locale delivery, public-profile chrome or other core functions.
6. Preference Technologies
Preference technologies remember choices such as language, region, display preferences or interface configuration.
DroneJob currently uses a language cookie so the websites can present the selected locale on later visits.
7. Analytics Technologies
Analytics technologies help DroneJob understand page usage, product navigation, feature adoption and related public-site activity.
DroneJob should configure analytics to minimize unnecessary exposure of private Customer Content. Sensitive Mission, CRM, communication or enterprise records should not be treated like public marketing pages.
First-party product analytics, such as counting a public-profile view, may be recorded by DroneJob systems without placing a marketing cookie.
8. Marketing and Attribution Technologies
On public marketing surfaces, DroneJob may later use technologies to understand campaign effectiveness, referral source, advertising attribution or marketing engagement.
DroneJob does not currently operate a separate advertising pixel or certified marketing-tag manager on the public websites described in Section 9. If those technologies are added, this Cookie Policy will be updated.
DroneJob should not intentionally expose private Mission content, Client CRM data, communications or confidential enterprise data to advertising technologies merely for marketing purposes.
9. Current Technologies Used
As of the Effective Date, DroneJob currently uses the following first-party cookies on its websites:

DroneJob also currently uses:
- identity-provider session cookies and browser storage when a User signs in through DroneJob's independent identity provider;
- hosting-platform web analytics on certain public marketing and public-profile surfaces when those surfaces are hosted on that platform;
- operational error-monitoring software that may store diagnostic identifiers to detect and repair failures;
- bot-protection challenge widgets on certain public-profile engagement forms; and
- session storage for transient, non-credential resume payloads such as signup continuation, post-login routing and duplicate public-profile view suppression.
DroneJob does not currently present a cookie-consent banner or certified consent-management platform. DroneJob does not currently load a separate advertising pixel or social-media remarketing tag on these websites.
10. Third-Party Technologies
Third-party providers may process technical information according to their role and applicable agreements. Where they act as DroneJob service providers, applicable contractual requirements apply.
Current third-party categories include:
- the independent identity provider used for authentication;
- the hosting platform used to serve public websites and, where enabled, first-party web analytics;
- operational error-monitoring software; and
- bot-protection providers used to reduce automated abuse.
Those providers may set cookies on their own domains, including during sign-in or a challenge widget. Their privacy notices apply to technologies they independently control.
This Cookie Policy does not name a marketing vendor, analytics suite or consent platform that DroneJob does not currently operate.
11. Similar Technologies
DroneJob may use browser storage other than cookies. Session storage may hold transient resume payloads that are cleared when the browsing session ends or when the related workflow completes. Local storage may be used by the identity provider or application runtime to keep a session available.
DroneJob must not store passwords, access tokens intended only for memory, identity-provider subjects, tenant secrets, raw invite tokens or compliance evidence in cookie or public browser storage.
12. Authenticated and Public-Sector Environments
DroneJob should use greater restraint with advertising and marketing trackers inside authenticated productivity, Mission and enterprise environments.
Where a Public Sector Customer's agreement or security requirements prohibit advertising technologies, non-essential tracking or particular analytics providers, DroneJob may restrict those technologies for the applicable contracted environment where supported.
Government status does not override documented security, residency or Integration limitations.
13. Choices and Consent
Where required by applicable law, DroneJob will provide appropriate choices concerning non-essential cookies or similar technologies. Choices may vary by jurisdiction, site, technology and Service.
The websites do not currently provide a cookie-preference center or certified consent-management implementation. Do not treat this Cookie Policy as a claim that such a control exists.
Users may still control many cookies through browser settings as described in Section 14. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent the Service from functioning.
14. Browser Controls and Signals
Most browsers allow Users to refuse, delete or limit cookies. Instructions appear in the browser's help or settings documentation.
Browser "Do Not Track" mechanisms have not historically had a uniform industry standard. DroneJob does not currently make a specific Do Not Track response commitment.
Where legally required or supported, DroneJob may later recognize applicable privacy preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. DroneJob does not currently claim support for a specific signal.
15. Messaging Is Separate
Reviewing or linking this Cookie Policy, the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service is not consent to receive SMS or other mobile messaging.
Service-SMS consent remains a separately affirmative action as described in Privacy Policy Section 13 and Terms Sections 23–25. Cookie choices do not change STOP, HELP, frequency or rate disclosures.
16. Updates and Contact
DroneJob may update this Cookie Policy as the Services, hosting platform, analytics practices or applicable law change. The Effective Date will be revised when an update is posted at https://www.dronejob.ai/cookie-policy.
